[-Circuit Training, Spa
and Three's a Company~!-]


got a complimentary pass for a day of gym training and a spa at AMORE..
nad got a complimentary pass for this two packages when she went for the Women's Day Out at Ngee Ann City two months back..

planned to take this two packages on friday, since i'm having my off day..
met her at Clarke Quay walk our way down to Liang Court..
on the way up to the escalator, i saw the poster..

okay anyway, we reached at Liang Court..
doesn't take long to figure out wadaheck is the place..
register our names and change to our gym clothes..

the circuit training includes 8 stations all together..
we change stations when the so-called "traffic light" turns red..
there's a trainer as well and her name is Grace..
and the best thing, it's just the two of us plus the trainer as well..
in between chaning of stations, we did aerobics..
the stations really managed to tone up every muscles on ur body..
plus, it burns your fats as well~!

after two rounds of it, Grace asks us to take a shower and the steam bath for 15 to 20 mins..
instead, we took 30 mins and we increase the temperature, so that we can feel the hot-ness~!
we press the bell for assistance and we decided to go for the spa without waiting any longer..

the show us the place and few mins later, our masseuse came in..
and we dress down for the massage..
they started with the back and we specifically ask to massage with the oil..
and like a flash, they work on thier magic..

it was like heaven on earth~!
from the back, she work her way to the legs..
we turn so that they massage our front, hands and massage on the temples as well as the head..
it took 1 hour which i think i prefer it to be longer..

unaware of the time, mind you, we have already booked a kick-boxing class at eastpoint mall.
with the $50 voucher, i only have to pay $51.36 more..
we rush to the mrt station to eastpoint mall..
by the time, the class is ending soon..
i do not want for another slot, cause i'm actually pretty tired from the gym class and the spa..
so the staff there just introduce me to the classes that i might be interested in joining..
of course, i prefer classes that have dances in them..
so she introduce me, to the hiphop, bellyblitz, cardio latino and belly dancing..
i told her that i might be considering to join..

love met us at StarBucks..
we're famished and decided on BK..
after that, we went to his neighbourhood street soccer to watch him kick some ass..
hehehehe..
we went back to ma home and get ready to watch ( Man U 1 Vs Stoke City 0 )
glad to know that we are big Man U fans, not to mention nad's boyfie as well!

they ends up sleeping over..
so in the morning just now, we had breakfast and watch tv all the way..
Mr BF went over to Expo to meet his family..
not too sure, if we're meeting later..
anyway, i'm not bathe yet..

[-Gym, Al-Kader, Tong Seng, Arab Street-]


my off day!!!
yabedabedoo~!!!
made plans with love to the gym today..
i just have to workout.. my body is running out shape..
i keep on eating in de office..

the plan is to meet up at 8:45..
guess, i was late and we meet up ard 9 plus..
i walked to the swimming complex..
usually, after we work out at de gym, we will always do laps..
but due to my women's prob, i can't swim..
so we just work out..

i work more on cardio, upper and lower body..
i didn't make use of the treadmill this time round..
few mins before we wrapped up, love became my personal trainer..
he trains me abs..
i tell ya, he's one strict trainer! wana joke also cannot..
he said, "Must Focus"!

after that, we walked back to my house..
cause we do not want to bathe there..
he wana shower at ma place..

then we went out, took 23 to Jalan Besar Stadium..
we bought tickets to watch Singapore Vs Vietnam this coming sunday!!
going there with his family..
and then we proceed on to walk from the stadium over to Bugis Street..
and after few hours of window shopping, we had our late lunch at Tong Seng..
i finally get to eat my Fried Fish Noodle Soup with milk and had laksa..

after that, thought of walking ard at Bras Basah Complex when he got a call from ibu saying that they have reached Arab Street..
so we U-Turn to Arab Street to meet them..
it's ibu and ayah..
ayah wana get materials, Thai Silk especially to make a suit..
and at the same time, we just survey2 for raye next year..

me and ibu have done some thinking of ourselves to go KL next year, to shop!!
round and round, eventually, every one of us are tired and thirsty..
we stop at one of the coffeeshop there and get something to quench our thirst and some bites as well..
and this sayang of mine, even though just had laksa, he can still order fish n chips..
me, ibu and ayah just shake our head..

after that, we head back to Jalan Besar Stadium to get more tickets for the rest of the families..
and then, they send me home, just in time to watch Singapore Vs Vietnam..

i can feel my whole body aching like hell..
i'm looking forward to take the complimentary class by AMORE..
thanks to nad, duno where she got that tix from..

now, i'm just tired to type..
and i need to get some sleep..
working morning shift tmr..

[-Say it out loud. VAMPIRE.-]


yesterday, love fetched me from work..
we get some snacks and went back home..
he's sleeping over ma place..
he wana catch the Man Utd Vs Spurs, live at 1:25am..
made coffee for him.. see i told u, my coffee sedap one.. =)
mama stayed on for a while to watch the match..
then she went back to sleep..
so it's just the two of us, in the living room..

after the game, at about 4 plus..
i tucked him in and i went into my room and get some sleep..
we had breakfast, had a bath and we're off to VIVO..

i swap shift with my colleague today so that i can watch love playing soccer today..
unfortch, they coudn't get a field so we end up catching a movie..
it's been what, a month? since we watch a movie..
and i chose TWILIGHT!!
my $10 tix are so worth it!

at first, Mr BF doesn't wana watch it..
he thought that it's gona be a boring movie OR i might go head-over-heels with the actor..
hehehehehhee..

i tell ya, i fell in love with the preview even before i watch the movie..
and it felt soooo good when i get to watch it..
i sooooo wana watch it again..
and these two birds have the bestest chemistry since The Notebook..
more like Romeo N Juliet..
now, i'm just hoping for them to get hook up..
the fact that, he has proposed to her, four times!!
now, u all must be asking, issit true???? well, only i have the answer for that... =)




up next, i wana get the novel..
i'm sooooo into twilight now..
well, british hunks are just simply hooooottttt~!

[-Cuzzies Night Out-]


the day has come to meet my two favourite cuzzies of mine!!
nad and bai!!
usually, we always met during festive season cause other days we just have no time to meet at all..
bai always busy with her netball.. she's in the nationals btw..
nad is working so if holiday then she's able to take a rest..
i'm working as well and usually i spent most of my time at work or with Mr BF..
workaholic huh..

so i suggested for us to meet after zuhur...
gedebak gedebuk, i meet bai ard 3.30 at bedok mrt station..
nad was late, when actually she doesn't want to be late!!
apparently, she ran some errands knowing that we meet up quite late..

we window shop from Heeren, which we only go to HMV..
my favourite DVD store..
next to TAKA, followed by Paragon..
they are so excited of eating and bai keep asking when can we get there..
so after patronizing at Paragon, we head down to the place itself..
but then we stop by few shops along the way..

we arrived at 6pm..
dinner starts at 6.30pm..
but when i make the reservation over the phone, they asked us to come at 7 pm..
guess we're too early..
thanks to bai!!

so we sat at the lobby, just cam-whoring and gossiping..
while the rest of the people there can just watch our sillyness..

after our dinner..
as you can see from my bloated stomach..

me and bai were planning what bus to take home..
since abg zai (nad, if u're reading this, i'm still abit awkward, eventually i can grow out of it) is fetching nad..
nad called up abg zai to drop us at geylang since they're gg their way..
we wait up for him at Far East bus stop..
and there he is, driving a white Honda Civic Type R car..
one thing i know, this car got turbo..
and at one point of time he sped up and kick in the v-tech, issit?
i'm not too sure how to put it, but i think u guys can imagine it ah..

then at bugis area there, we're at the traffic light, beside us are those mat motors..
so i ask abg zai to show what this car got la..
and i tell ya, i barely felt my heartbeat when we rode past them..
i quickly ask bai to fasten our seatbelt cause i'm sure we're gona have a hell of a ride!!
eventually, he drove us back individually..
it's getting late anyway..
a big thanks to them!!
